Pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law (“KVKK”), which aims to protect personal data, titled “Information Obligation of the Data Controller” and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in the Fulfillment of the Clarification Obligation, with this Clarification Text, BLS Rolling Mill & Meltshop Tech (“the Data Controller”).
